At makai, every order is carefully prepared and packed before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during new collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

Shipping

We currently offer both domestic and international shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Israel: 1–3 business days

  • International: 4–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your destination, customs procedures, and local courier services.

 

 

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

makai cannot be responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

 

 

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

 

 

Shipping Delays

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, makai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
