  • Natural variations that do not affect the product’s intended use may not constitute a defect.

3. limited quantities and availability

makai collections are produced in intentionally limited quantities.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it. Products are reserved only once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.

All orders remain subject to stock availability and quality-control approval.

In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted due to an inventory discrepancy, technical error or quality-control issue. If makai cannot fulfil an item, you will be notified and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

 

4. placing and accepting an order

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms that makai has received your order, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is accepted once it has been approved and entered into processing or dispatched, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.

Before dispatch, makai may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

6. prices and currency

makai may deduct reasonable shipping, return, customs and handling costs from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Custom-made, personalised or otherwise legally excluded products may not qualify for a statutory cancellation right where the applicable law provides such an exception.

You may not purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale, distribution, rental, copying or reproduction.
